Upon completion of this course you will have a basic understanding of what a hedge fund is and how it functions. Hedge funds are private mutual funds with high risk, high rewards and usually less than 100 investors. Hedge funds usually specialize in one kind of investment but can invest in anything that they want really. Hedge funds are not regulated by a financial body and can bring a large profit or a large loss to its investors.
