The Commission on Judicial Conduct

Upon completion of this course you will understand what it means to file a complaint against a judge, and the organization that determines if the allegations are true or false. The Commission on Judicial Conduct decides whether the judges in question have engaged in misconduct against a plaintiff or a defendant and then decides what the punishment should be for a judge that has been found to violate the set laws. Complaints can be filed by individuals, attorneys, other judges or anyone who has been involved in a case and feels that they have been mistreated or their case has not been judged fairly.
